Chris Marion, founder
Chris Marion founded Construction Services Group in July, 2005. Prior to this he invested more than 22 years with a large regional contractor where he was a share holder and served as Vice President of Business Development. While in this capacity he was responsible for construction management, design-build, and contract negotiations for many projects valued into the millions of dollars. Many of these projects have been featured in either newspaper and/or magazine publications such as “Building Profit” and “Geo-Outlook” magazines.
Through CSG he has successfully assembled highly professional management and construction teams that utilizes their special skills, experience, and knowledge to provide the greatest value available to our clients. The ultimate goal is to create high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional and attractive. We offer a wide range of services from pre-construction design and program development through construction implementation and completion.
